Tree Removal with the Crane
his was a 130-foot-tall tulip tree that had been struck by lightning years ago, resulting in a split along approximately 20 feet of its height. Various obstacles such as houses, power lines, fences, sheds, and decks obstructed our path, necessitating the use of a mechanical crane for its removal. The only access route available was through the rear yard of the neighboring property.
To ensure stability and prevent any unintended failure during our work, we had to secure a chain around the trunk of the tulip tree. Fortunately, we successfully brought down the tulip without encountering any issues.
